Legacy builds exceptional Cornish homes, carefully designed to enrich your lifestyle
We believe your home should unlock the best of Cornish living. Our journey began by building exclusive, bespoke homes in the most sought-after locations that embodied Cornwall’s adventurous spirit. Now, we create thoughtfully designed developments that balance aspirational locations with achievable dreams. Legacy isn't just building houses - we're crafting lifestyles, enabling outdoor enthusiasts, families, and nature-lovers to embrace the life they’ve always wanted. Experience Cornwall as it should be, with your home as your base camp for your next adventure.
