A selection of ten luxury apartments and two houses in a private, new build development overlooking the world-renowned Fistral Beach; Seascape’s appeal lies in its location, meticulous attention to detail and high-end finish. Each property needed to utilise space, maximising living areas, within the 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom houses on offer. Seascape strives to provide occupants with unrivalled luxury, through carefully designed living spaces, state of the art appliances and sizeable bedrooms with en suites.

Seascape’s position as a small luxury development gave us scope to allow buyers to personalise their new homes with a range of kitchens, bathrooms and floor finishes. This enabled all of our  occupants of Seascape to have their own, bespoke designs to an exacting specification.

Location

Situated on the Pentire Peninsula near Newquay, Seascape is just a minute’s amble from one of the UK’s premier beaches and each property is designed to make the most of the beach lifestyle the area has to offer. Perched atop cliffs hugging the Atlantic, this coastal town blends laid back living with outdoor adventure.

The site overlooks Newquay Golf Course to the east, the world-renowned Fistral Beach to the north and the Atlantic coast to the west. The location is a large draw for visitors into the area for the beautiful walks and a surfing hot spot.

Appearance & finish

Making the most of the seaside location, all Seascape apartments feature glass balustrade balconies commanding spectacular views of Fistral Beach. Each of the apartments boasts an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, enhancing the feeling of space throughout. This area features programmable underfloor heating, creating a warm, comfortable, living environment, along with ceiling mounted speakers installed in the living areas for optimum entertaining.

The kitchens come complete with a built-in Neff oven, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer, as well as a wine cooler and feature lighting. The worktops are quartz with handle-free doors and drawers and there is a utility room featuring quartz worktops, stainless sink, boiler and services ready for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Appearance & finish

Beautiful design making the most of breathtaking views

Bathrooms feature Porcelenosa tiled floors and walls, along with Duravit sanitary ware and Crosswater fittings. Design details such as underfloor heating and heated towel rails ensure comfortable living is optimised. Each bedroom offers the very best in both comfort and style, with built in wardrobes and underfloor heating included in all bedrooms.

The apartments feature wide planked engineered oak flooring in the lounge and hallways, while bathrooms feature luxury tiles and all bedrooms have 100% wool carpets. Each apartment optimises Cornish outdoor living with a balcony over looking the coast, access to an outdoor shower and wash down area to freshen up after a surf, and onsite storage facilities for surf boards and outdoor equipment add to the Cornish lifestyle.
