Step 1: Found your perfect Legacy home? We’ll put a hold on your chosen home and check if your current home qualifies for Movemaker.
Step 2: We’ll arrange for two trusted local agents to value your home and agree on a fair and realistic asking price with you.
Step 3: Reserve your new home for £500, we take it off the market – and we’ll get the agent selling your place (with us covering the fees, of course).
Already got an agent. No problem – we’re happy to work with them, and we’ll still pick up the fees.

Movemaker is available on selected plots sale only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. Offer is not in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may be withdrawn at any time. Your chosen plot will be put on hold for 7 days, during this period we instruct the most local Estate Agents to undertake an independent valuation and issue a marketing price.
We may ask up to three agents to do this. If your property is already on the market with an Agent, we will discuss recent activity and local market conditions with them.
You are not obliged to accept any marketing price we suggest for your current property.
A fee of £500 is required for the reservation of your new home.
The sale price may be lower than an initial marketing price and is based on a sale within a specified timescale fixed by us. You must agree to give full access for accompanied viewings.
The marketing period of your existing home will be six weeks after which we reserve the right to withdraw Movemaker if an acceptable buyer is not found within this period. It is not guaranteed that a buyer will be found for your current home. The dates for exchange and completion of your purchase of a new home must be the same as those on selling your current home.
Upon simultaneous completion we will pay the estate agents fees up to 1.2% or up to £10,000 whichever is less. If you sell your existing home and do not proceed with your purchase with us, you may be liable to pay all estate agent and legal fees relatable to that sale. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other debt secured on it. Subject to individual lenders terms and conditions. To take advantage of this offer you must agree that you are an existing UK homeowner. If you are currently marketing your home with an agent, you are responsible for all related costs, and it is your responsibility to negotiate the exit of contracts/notice.

If you decide to proceed, our usual reservation and sales terms apply as well as responsibility for payment of all legal fees and the instruction of solicitors to deal with the new sale and purchase, as well as any certifications as part of the buying/selling process.
Silverbridge may agree to pay the legal bill for the sale of your existing home to them, only when using their panel solicitors. You can stay in your current home until your new home is ready and a notice to legally complete is issued by us specifying the legal completion date.
The dates for exchange and completion of your purchase of the new home from us must be the same as those on selling your current home to Silverbridge Properties.
