We have celebrated our 250th home in unforgettable style, with an exact cake replica of our milestone house gifted to our customers. 

Geoff and Sally Cox, who recently moved into their new four-bedroom detached home at Upton Green in Bude, were presented with the bespoke cake, which had been carefully crafted to mirror their house down to the finest detail.

The showstopping cake was produced by the talented Niki Lowe Cake Design, a specialist cake designer based in Liskeard. Niki recreated the couple’s property using intricate edible detailing, from the windows and distinctive slate tiles to the electric vehicle charging unit.

The surprise marked a major milestone for Legacy, as we have now delivered more than 250 homes across 12 developments throughout Cornwall since our establishment in 2010.

Starting with luxury coastal apartments and bespoke homes overlooking Fistral Beach in Newquay, we are proud to have grown into one of Cornwall’s leading independent housebuilders. Today, our family-owned company is delivering thoughtfully designed communities across the county, with a further 200 homes in our development pipeline over the next three years.
