Our Roselyon development in Par has been recognised with a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award, celebrating the high standard of workmanship and site management achieved by our construction team.

The Quality Recognition Awards recognise developments that achieve consistently high inspection scores over a minimum six-month period. Sites cannot apply for the award, with winners selected based on scores awarded during Premier Guarantee inspection visits and verified by its judges. 

David Turley from Premier Guarantee said: “Legacy is a great Cornish housebuilder who has consistently delivered the highest standards throughout its build and is a worthy winner. The site has been sympathetically developed and retained many of its natural features, which is a credit to their team.”
