Newquay coast is enjoying a buoyant property market
The final property at the contemporary The Rocks development in Holywell Bay has been reserved, the last of ten luxury homes built by multi-award-winning developer Legacy Properties based on the North Coast of Cornwall.
The three storey property with top floor balcony bedroom suite takes full advantage of views across Holywell Bay, often a filming location for the BBC’s eponymous Poldark. The Rocks, is one of several prestige developments currently underway by Legacy, all of which have seen buoyant sales.
According to a recent report in The Times , Newquay is noted as one of the UK’s latest “Micromarkets – a haven of resilient housing activity in an unpredictable market, buffeted by political turmoil.” And there is no doubt that Newquay continues to undergo a significant metamorphosis.
